A homemade soba noodle of 60% buckwheat flour and 30% wheat flour served on a bamboo tray with original dipping sauce. Served cold along with three kushiage skewers of fried vegetables served with salt or sauce.
This cold soba served with spicy daikon radish is perfect for the hot summer months. Served with leeks, dried seaweed, shiso leaf, sakura shrimp and tenkasu to your liking, try it with a large helping of soba dipping sauce.
Zaru Soba with Seafood Skewers (set of 3)1,490 yen
Cold soba noodles served on a bamboo tray with soba dipping sauce and three deep-fried seafood skewers. Seafood is selected from a variety of shrimp, smelt-whitings, and other seasonal fish. The deep frying with bread crumbs results in a light texture.
This soba is served with grated yama-imo yams, a local delicacy. The grated yams are a sticky paste-like consistency to be mixed with the soba. This is served with a raw egg. It is recommend to try the soba with the yams first and adding the egg later, to be able to enjoy two types of flavors.
